We had a worry-free holiday when our 3 precious furbabies stayed at B'Catz Cribs! Place is spacious and very clean!! Love that there's an individual CCTV camera installed in each room. It's connected to my mobile phone so we could access and check on our kitties as and when we like. Excellent service from them too 💯 Thank you for the constant updates and making sure our cats were happy and safe during their whole stay. Highly recommended!!

Our confirmed sitter cancelled last minute, 2 days before we had to fly off on a 2-week trip, super stressful. Found out about B'catz cribs catz hotel and luckily they had availability. Pick up and check in was hassle free. Provided frequent updates, pictures and videos about our cat, Powder. Powder seems happy and got the attention he wanted (he is an attention seeker).

Iro, my BSH was the first guest at B’catz Cribs Catz Hotel. He was very well taken care of and in fact very pampered by the staff. Iro was very happy and enjoyed the new and big space quickly. It was also convenient to schedule a grooming session for Iro during his stay. While I was in Bali, the CCTV never fails and I got to check on Iro any time. 😊 The staff, Aziz, was very responsive and sent me updates often. I could enjoy my holiday without worrying as this was the first time Iro and I were separated for 1 week. I am so glad to have chosen B’catz Cribs for Iro. For my holiday next year, I will definitely check Iro into B’catz.

Excellent pet hotel! Took really good care of my cat, so I need not worry about him. A lot of communication between us and b’catz while we were overseas. Checking in and out was fuss free. The environment is really quiet with dim lighting which is perfect for the cats. Price is reasonable. CCTV is available at a small fee to view my cats throughout the stay. The areas are well ventilated. I am glad that my cats stay here for 5 days while I’m overseas and I know someone is taking good care of them. Thanks Aziz and his team for looking after Ingot and Nickel.

Placed my kitten with B'catz Cribs Catz Hotel for 11 days during my recent overseas trip. Was very happy with their services. the place is clean and cozy. they have different room sizes to choose from. There is a 24hrs video cam which you can opt for to see your baby anytime you want else they will send us videos via WhatsApp. Aziz is very responsive whenever I raise questions and has been very flexible in my request. Apart from the boarding service, I have requested to bring my baby for grooming during the stay and because of their one stop service, my cat is prettily groomed when I fetch her back. BTW I bought my kitten from their group too! Book it fast if you are interested as the rooms are running fast during holiday season. thank you for taking care of my baby, we will be back in our next trip.

Our dear sweet Milo stayed at the hotel for 10 days and came back safe and sound. First time checking in to B’catz Cribs Catz hotel and I have to say, the experience is absolutely 5-star! Aziz and team took great care of my cat, and even swapped out the wet food I gave to their own brand after seeing how much my cat likes it. What I love about this cat hotel is the spacious rooms, built with plenty of toys/furniture/scratch boards and plenty of interaction time with the cats to ensure they are not bored. Aziz also uses UV light to sanitize the room before the new guest moves in! Love the attention to detail and hygiene ❤️ Definitely will be my go-to place for my cat in the future!

A home away from home ! Special mention to Izwan, Alysha & Aalya who truly sees to the physical , emotional and mental needs of Bymx with such dedication and care . Our minds were at ease during our vacation knowing that our cat was comfortable and loved by all at b’catz cribs . We opted for access to webcam so we were able to see how he was doing 24/7. On top of that , we would be sent videos daily . There is wonderful support system before , during and after Bymx checked out . We liked that they provided water fountain too instead of just a water bowl . The room is immaculately clean ! Needless to say ,after 13 nights at the hotel , Bymx was so comfortable that he clung onto the play area box not wanting to go home ! Highly recommended ! Thank you once again b’catz cribs for caring for Bymx just like your own.

Had a hard time finding pet care for my 2 furriends but chanced upon the newly opened Bcatz Cribs here on Facebook, thankfully! Spoke to Aziz and he was assuring about trying his best to cater to my cats' personalities and peculiarities, for example fitting a fountain to the opal room because my cats only drink running water. Their pickup and drop off service was smooth too and reasonably priced. I didn't opt for cctv but I got video updates regularly. My long-haired cat also got a full grooming treatment, which was conveniently arranged over whatsapp while I was away. The cats being away for 14 days is a big deal but very thankful that I had peace of mind knowing they are in a proper environment and in the care of professional hands. Thank you B'catz, will not hesitate to choose you again in future!

I was hesitating to go for a trip with my family as I could not find a reliable pet hotel for my little kitten, Hoshi. I contacted Ben (owner of B’catz Cribs) by chance, and he answered to my queries and concerns professionally. I took up the package which includes ferrying to and from for my little Hoshi (Damage is super reasonable). Ben regularly sent photos and videos of how Hoshi is doing at the hotel. That really impress me and hence I am able to enjoy the trip with my family. If you are going to ask me, I would give B’catz Cribs hotel a 10 stars rating. Thank you, Ben and team. Cheers!
